Each Capital Region Golf Card is only $24.95. There are three easy ways to order your Capital Region Golf Card.

1) Print out and mail or fax in the Mail/Fax Order Form below with payment.
2) Go to the Online Order Form below and order right through your email.
3) Call our office at (518) 783-1322 and order right over the phone.
