Burden Lake Country Club is an eighteen-hole golf course located 15 miles southeast of downtown Albany. The course is semi-private, offering daily greens fees, outings as well as annual memberships. Burden Lake Country Club was originally built as a nine-hole resort course in the 1920s. In 2000, the course was expanded to its present eighteen-holes.
